CANCELLATION POLICY
48-Hour Cancellation Policy: At Ellens Secret Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate as many clients as possible, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Window: Clients are required to notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours before their scheduled appointment time. 2. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged. 3. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. 4. Refunds and Future Appointments: Any cancellation fees will be automatically deducted from deposits or charged to the payment method on file. These fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward future appointments at our discretion. 5. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can occur. In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions to this policy. 6. Confirmation and Reminders: We provide appointment reminders via email or SMS. It is the client's responsibility to ensure we have current contact information to receive these reminders. 7.
